Today’s Guardian crossword puzzle brought up the word “incipient”, which is a great fit to my previous post, What we engineer, referring as it does to something developing or beginning to happen.
Incipient was the clue - the answer was “inchoate”, which is more about something just begun. These are words that I’ll bring with me on my continued slow-plod thinking about engineering.
